TUITION
PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be applied to any balance not paid by the 5th. Late notices will be emailed for past-due accounts.

All families are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file at registration.

Payments may be made online through the Parent Portal or in person at the studio.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

All Tuition, Membership, Costume, and Recital Fees are non-refundable. There are no deductions for missed classes; however, make-up classes are available.

Auto-billing is mandatory for monthly tuition and applicable fees.

We follow the Paulding County School District calendar. Please refer to our studio calendar for scheduled closings and holiday breaks.

Our dance season includes 36 weekly class sessions.

Note: An additional $25.00 will be added to any classes that are an 1 hour and a half in length.

This fee is a non-refundable, annual fee that is due before class enrollment. We have 3 different levels of Membership, which are Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Costume Policy: All Costume Fees will be auto-drafted from the card on file. Payments made after November 15th will incur a $25 late fee.

First Half of the Costume Fee is due first business day in October.

Second Half of the Costume Fee is due first business day in November.
RECITAL FEE
Recital Policy: The $100-Recital Fee will be auto-drafted from the card on file on February 1st. If the recital fee and late fees are not paid by May 1st, your dancer will not be able to participate in recital. This fee is to be paid per child.
