Tuition
At ShowBiz Kids & Dance Company, we are committed to providing quality dance education with transparent and fair billing practices. Please review the policies below to understand our tuition structure, fees, and payment expectations.
Tuition & Fee Due Dates

Tuition:

Due on the 1st of each month.

Late Fee Applied: On the 6th of each month, a $25 late fee is applied to all past-due accounts

Costume Payments:

October 1: First half of costume fees due

November 1: Second half of costume fees due

Recital Fee:
-
Auto-drafted on February 1

Discounts
-
A 10% sibling discount is applied for families with multiple registered students

Additional discounts and promotions may be offered throughout the year
Fee Charges

Tuition not paid by the 5th will incur a $25 late fee
-
Tuition and late fees not paid by the 10th will be auto-drafted from the card on file
-
Returned checks will incur a $40 bank recovery fee
-
Declined cards will be charged a $30 inconvenience fee if an alternative payment is not made within 48 hours
Withdrawal
-
A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes.

Accounts must be current to complete the withdrawal process.

If withdrawal is submitted on or after the 1st, tuition for that month is still due.

If withdrawal is submitted after the 15th, tuition for the following month is also due.
Refunds
No refunds or deductions will be issued for:

Tuition

Missed classes
-
Holiday/studio closures

Costume fees
-
Recital fees
-
Membership fees
-
Dancewear purchases

Credits will be issued only for:

Overpayments
-
Studio-sponsored raffles or giveaways
Payment Plans

Annual Payment Plan: One-time payment at registration; includes a 10% discount
(Note: This plan is non-refundable). -
Automatic Monthly Plan: Tuition is automatically drafted on the 1st of each month using the card on file.
